SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Delivery:
- In the United Kingdom, shipping is free - for products that are available on a website.
- We offer free shipping above orders of €75 to the Europe.
- All items will be shipped using DPD or another available delivery service, except for shipments to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to P.O Boxes currently.
- Standard Shipping (by DPD) - €19 for shipping and handling fees for orders less than €75.
- Delivery within 3-4 working days for orders made before 2 P.M. EST
- For further regions delivery times may differ.
PAYMENT METHODS
ONYX accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- Onyx features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
